37Stripes formed in the fall of 2016. The members were introduced at the iSchool of Music and Art www.ischoolmusicart.com in Long Island and quickly connected on a dislike of their home and careers class! They settled on musical upheaval as an alternative expression. They've been writing their own music and playing at festivals and venues around NYC ever since.
2018 was highlighted by a FINALS appearance at the 2018 Gold Coast Arts Center Showcase. The band walked away with a live performance and interview on WHPC 90.3FM, during Rick Eberle’s “Rising Stars Radio” show. They also wrote two more new songs including “On the Road” and are headed back into the studio to record all their original tracks.
2017 saw the release of two new songs, "Uncontrolled" and "Secrets & Lies" recorded at Deer Parks renowned EKO Production Studio's.
The band has played at the famous Bitter End in Greenwich Village and Mulcahy's in Wantagh NY. Acclaim includes finalists in the Town of Oyster Bay Battle of the Bands and the Morgan Park (Glen Cove) Summer Music Festival.
They share an interest in all genre's of live music including jazz, blues, rock and reggae. They have covered artists such as; Pearl Jam, Weezer, Hendrix, Foo Fighters, The Police, Royal Blood, and U2.
The band just returned from summer sessions at Boston's Berklee School of Music and SOCAPA Brooklyn, www.socapa.org, and are ready to show Generation Z artists to bring it every day!

AndrewHahn
Andrew plays tenor sax, bass and keyboards. He has been playing piano for 8 years and saxophone for 5 and has played the fender bass in the band since it’s inception. He was selected to play saxophone in all county band and is a leader in the MHS Concert Band and Jazz Ensemble.
He has performed with his current band, 37Stripes, at several Music Festivals and at historic rock venues in NYC area including The Bitter End (NYC), the Landmark Theatre and Mulcahy’s.
Andrew spends his free time traveling the world, studying international cultures and world music. He’s been to 50 US States, all 7 continents and 24 countries on the globe including Antarctica, Zimbabwe and Dubai.
OscarCellura
Born in NYC, Oscar has been around music his entire life and been passionate about it since starting Piano Lessons at age 8. Oscar quickly showed interest in other instruments and singing.
He currently produces beats on Logic Pro X and plays fender guitars, fender electric bass, stand-up bass, keyboards and vocals. He has played in over 40 live concerts on all instruments.
Oscar toured with the ischool of music all-star band in Beijing China in 2015, playing 5 shows over 10 days. Oscar also attends summer performance sessions at Berklee College in Boston, SOCAPA in Brooklyn, and the ischool of Music and Art.
He has performed with his current band, 37Stripes, at several Music Festivals and at historic rock venues in NYC area including The Bitter End (NYC), the Landmark Theatre and Mulcahy’s.

ZachLevine
Zach has been playing drums since age 9. He has trained at the Ischool of Music and Art in Syosset and currently is a member of the drummers collective in NYC. www.thecollective.edu
Zach has been a percussionist in his school band and jazz ensembles since elementary school and is a member of the Nassau-Suffolk County Honor Band for several years.
He has performed with his current band, 37Stripes, at several Music Festivals and at historic rock venues in NYC area including The Bitter End (NYC), the Landmark Theatre and Mulcahy’s.
Zach also attends summer performance sessions at Berklee College in Boston and The Drummers Collective in NYC.
Zach is passionate about writing and recording his own music and has collaborated on all the bands original tracks.
